Distinction
Our Center has received the following distinction for its efforts on the integration of socially excluded children.
- March 1998, distinction for supporting human rights, from the organization SOS Racism.
- March 1999 distinction as a distinguished member of civil society, from the Greek Radio Journalists Committee.
- December 2000, distinction as the most active organization in the sector of social care, from the Ministry of Health and the Greek Radio, within the framework of the International Year of Volunteers (2001).
- November 2000, in the convention “Childrenat the Dawn of a New Millennium”, organized by the Council of Europe, that took place in Nicosia, the program of the SupportCenter for Children and Family was presented by Τhe Forum for Children as one of the most important models of best practice.
